Quercetin for Hashimoto's and Alopecia?

Does quercetin slow thyroid function? Or does it support the thyroid? What about the hair growth claims? And does it work better than Zyrtec?

I have found my way through the wilderness. The evidence is clear by the hair regrowth that is finally underway, and even further demonstrated by how I feel in my daily life.
