In our last session, I came into the meeting beaming. Jill and I were on video and I ran my fingers through my hair and said, “Look at this. There’s no hair in my fingers.” We both got choked up. She really cares a great deal about her clients. I’ve never found anyone so caring and knowledgeable about hair loss than Jill.
