The CRAVEguides, found in communities all across the country, support and promote female entrepreneurs and spread the word about the importance of supporting women-owned businesses. It’s all about quality products and thoughtful service. CRAVE Minneapolis/St. Paul is more than a guidebook. It’s a savvy, quality-of-lifestyle book devoted entirely to local businesses owned by women.

This process has been beaucoup fun; I got to get dolled up for my photo shoot (thanks, Kae), got to choose my own photoshoot locale (a farmers’ market, of course), and was granted the expertise of Kathy Hanson, CRAVE Minneapolis/St. Paul director and owner of Backpocket Strategy to help me brainstorm on how to best feature my non-brick-and-mortar business.

And I’ve met new friends. I’ve been called “The Connector” by various people over the years, so of course my pistons have been firing about how I can hook up CRAVE women with potential new business. What comes around goes around. But really, it’s just good juju.
